Who wants Adobe to begin communicating with customers?

Almost all of us have had problems of some kind with Bridge. While it works most of the time, is is not stable all the time. I've waited a year for Adobe to fix it but so far, it has not been done.

If you want Adobe to begin treating us honestly and openly communicating with us - the paying customers - please add your name or post to this list.

How many have posted problems here with absolutely no recognition, no admission, or acknowledgment from Adobe? We don't even get the slightest hint that Adobe is going to make good on what they promised when CS3 was released. Just silence and ignoring us because they DON'T want to spend the time/effort to fix the problems. How long does it take to fix a problem? Sure, the answer is "it depends" but I guarantee you it does not take a year.

If you believe that paying for products means you should have a reasonable expectation that those products will work as advertised, and if they don't, Adobe (the company selling the products and taking your money) should communicate what they are going to do about it, please add your message.

I think it's time to organize and make Adobe a little more accountable. If you agree, then add to the list.

For those that say this is only a user or user-to-user forum, that's fine. Let's get together; let's see if we can get enough people to force Adobe to do what we all know it should be doing, which is fixing the products it sold us.

You want change? Expect more from a company that "pretends" to be a customer oriented and honest firm? Then make it happen. Voice your concerns and tell Adobe that they should set an example.
