Lost files within Bridge Folders panel

I use Bridge to file and keyword my photos, under 1 folder on my pc. As of today, Bridge cannot see this folder within its 'Folders' panel and I cannot see any of the sub directoriwes where I store my images.

Bridge has also lost its keyword search ability on my image store, finding few or no images on ketyword searches across my drive.

The files are there and viewable within Windows Explorer, so it seems to be an issue with Bridge.

Any ideas please?
