Bridge takes longer than 10 seconds loading scripts warning message CS5

So I keep getting this message on my laptop.

I've not edited or even hardly used Bridge, but everytime I boot up I get this message.

I don't really want to disable the scripts. They are the default scripts.

If I just say OK to the message does anything happen? does Bridge load the scripts or does it actually give up after 10 seconds?

Is there a way to increase this 10 second rule to, something more reasonable, say 30 seconds?

Sounds like an odd error check to me.

Using CS5, design premium, Win 7 64 bit
