Hi,
I was previously using bridge cs4 (via photoshop cs4), then installed illustrator cs5 which updated bridge as well. All was going fine for importing photos etc but when I upgraded photoshop to cs5 last week bridge dissappeared from the options for my cameras import. The install of photoshop cs5 went fine and bridge still works properly etc. I uninstalled photoshop cs4 after installing cs5. I am running Windows 7 Pro 64 bit btw.

I also looked in bridges preferences after googling for an answer and people mentioning that there is an option in there too, but it is missing in mine:
