I've seen answers relating to other AMT issues, but nothing that resembles this one .....
Bridge CS4 v.3.0.0.464
Win Vista (64)
Error:
"Bridge activation status cannot be determined. (AMT failure).
Bridge must be able to determine its activation status in order to enable this feature."
I'm receiving the above message when;
i. trying to open thumbs in ACR 5.0 (same problem if I update to 5.3)
ii. try to clear thumb settings via Develop Settings > Clear Settings
I've tried 2 reinstalls and no joy.
I've also just noticed that I'm also unable to run the updater updates from Bridge (I have no problem under CS4 v 11.0 / v.11.0.1)
Error:
"Bridge is unable to check for updates.
The most likely causes for this failure are an inability to connect to the internet or being logged in as a non-administrative user."
I am connect to net and I am logged in as admin (& the updater works fine under CS4 as I said)
Any suggestions?
