I am running photoshop CS4 on a windows 7 pc.
recently an annoying fault has occured.
When I import some new pictures into Bridge.
Initially as Bridge updates the files you see all the filter elements buiding (taken from the exif data).
yet at the point of completing the input virtually all of the filter elements just dissapear.
older folder structures already built into bridge are fine.
and for a while whilst using windows 7 (if that has anything to do with this i'm unsure) all was well.
But now the above is occuring on all my new bridge imports.
all of the filter tick boxes are highlighted, but nothing is showing.
well 90% of the filters.
keywords seem to always be there,
the other filters taken from the exif are appearing at random.
maybe the ISO or maybe the shutter speed.
This is really annoying me as I don't feel i've altered any settings.
I have tried moving folders around and re-naming files, or with no success.
anyone out there have an answer please.
