I have a client that can not enable color settings in Bridge, when he does, he gets the standard: suite color management is not enabled requires thst a qualifying product has been launched at least once...
Okay, I've run him through all of the fixes to this problem listed on for a Windows operating system, located at this site: http://kb2.adobe.com/cps/861/cpsid_86171.html.
Still no joy.
Then, I found out that his Windows operating system is Vista. Is it possible that the Vista operating system does not support universal color syncing from Bridge.
Just a thought.
Would love to figure this one out.
