low resolution images in Bridge

Hi,

I am using bridge on 4 different computers. I primarily use bridge to preview illustrator files. I am having a problem in that on a couple computers I am able to preview the images fine (in the preview pane) and I can clearly see the file I am previewing, while on other computers the same images are bitmapped, blurry, and they are essentially useless at visually identifying anything in the illustrator file. I have checked various bridge settings and the all appear identical. Please help!!
