Unable to load Alignmentlib error

Hi All,

Running Windows XP (32 bit) with Web Premium CS4 (up to date) and when I choose 'tools/ Process Collections in Photoshop' in Bridge I get an error 'Unable to load AlignmentLib' pop up. Have tried repairing the install but still the same. I also installed the CS5 Master trial and that does the same thing. Any help or ideas of whats happening would be a great help.
