Hello...
I'm running CS5 in Win 7 Pro 64-bit, and Bridge will not show any thumbnails in the "Content" window for .mov files--I get nothing but a white square. It's not a size issue... I have changed the preferences to render thumbnails for large files. The .mov files play in the preview window, and when I select the file in the Content window, a thumbnail shows up in the Preview window, but nothing ever shows up in the Content window. The files play well in any other application, and when I browse to them in Windows Explorer, there are thumbnails.
Any Suggestions...?? Thanks!
