Bridge CS5 4.0.2 "Installation Failed" (same as 4.0.1)

• Windows 7 x64
• Design Premium CS3, CS4, CS5 installed
• Other CS5 programs have updated fine
  

Ran "updates" from Photoshop, Adobe Application Manager (AAM) launches, [leave PS open, or close it: same result], AAM runs through 100%, then at the very end, a window reads "Adobe Bridge 4.0.2 Update   Instalation Failed." Just to add irritation, the window above the text reads "...please fix the problems below and retry."

Also, I downloaded the update Adobe posted to its "update" area and got the exact same result (it runs AAM also).

If no-one else is having this touble, maybe I'll call Adobe. Otherwise, I'll wait for 4.0.3.
