"Copy to" and "Move to" Broken in Bridge CS5

"Copy to" and "Move to" are broken for me in Windows 7 64-bit Ultimate, Bridge CS5 4.0.4.2. When I select one of these commands and choose "Choose folder...", the dialog box only shows files in my user folder-- rather than showing the entire directory tree as it should.

Steps to reproduce bug:

1. Right-click a thumbnail in Bridge

2. Choose "Copy to" or "Move to."

3. Click on "Choose Folder..."

Result:

The "Browse for Files or Folders" dialog pops up, but it lists only "Desktop" and my user folder. Clicking "Desktop" does nothing. Clicking my username, opens (of course) only that branch of the directory structure.

Expected Result:

Entire folder tree should be available-- "Computer," "Network," etc. There is no way to move or copy a file to a folder outside my user folder!

I use this feature a lot and need help fixing this. I already tried holding the Ctrl key while loading Bridge to reset all preferences. It did not help.
